Personal Training now available! (Virtually!)

Stronger with Sarah is excited to launch a brand new offering in January 2020! If you have wanted to join the tribe but prefer working out alone, here is the program for you... personal training! Sarah will first meet with you (over the phone or via Zoom) to discuss your goals, injuries, nutrition, habits, and more. She will then develop a game plan specifically for you! You will meet via Zoom once a week for 30 minutes to workout. She will have a weekly plan for you to follow with workouts, nutrition, meal prep, and more between your sessions.
