We have the green light to start socially distanced group workouts at the Speedway Parks. We will start with Yoga in the Park, Sunrise Circuit, and Strength in the Park! With the changes due to COVID-19, we will limit all classes to 25 or less. No equipment will be shared and you must bring your own mat and/or weights to class. (Your instructor will let you know ahead of time what you need.)
This year will look different that the previous two summers due to COVID-19. We will remain socially distanced from one another, at least 6 feet apart at all times. We will use the walking trails and tennis courts to get a bodyweight strength, cardio, and core workout. No equipment will be shared at this time.
This is a fitness class for all fitness levels and ages. Typically it is mostly women, but men are welcome to join us! Children under 12 will not be able to participate at this time. (They should join my Strong Kids summer camp in July!)
