We are blessed to be able to use the beautiful Speedway Parks for our in-person group classes! We currently offer Yoga in the Park, Interval Training in the Park, and Strength in the Park! No equipment will be shared and you must bring your own mat and/or weights to class. (Your instructor will let you know ahead of time what you need.) Not ready to come back just yet? No worries- We still offer 3 Zoom/Facebook Live workouts at 5:55am every Monday/Wednesday/Friday!
Did you know women begin to lose muscle mass at 25?! Let's increase your lean muscle while blasting calories and having fun with a group of amazing women! Class is 45 minutes long which includes a warm up and cool down/stretching at the end of class. All you need is a set of weights and a mat. Please reserve your spot in class today! First class is always free!
Our amazing yoga teacher, Stacie, will guide you through a 45 minute yoga flow for all levels. Never taken a class before? No worries! She will make sure you have all the modifications you need to leave the class feeling amazing! A drop in class is only $5!
We are keeping this low-impact and for all fitness levels, especially beginners. Let's work on our cardiovascular endurance while saving our knees in the process. This 45 minute class will get your heart rate up and challenge you by just using your own body weight and equipment found at the park. Please bring a mat to class and your water bottle.

Where do classes meet?
Due to COVID-19 we are currently meeting at Meadowood Park in Speedway, IN. Please park by the water tower and head over to the white gazebo at the NE side of the park across from Wheeler Elementary.
How do I pay for classes?
Your first class is always free. If you love it (which we know you will) you have the option to join as a Stronger with Sarah member! There are two membership options available. Two group fitness classes per week + the online program is $69/month. Unlimited group fitness classes + the online program is $99/month. If payment is ever an issue, please reach out to Sarah.
