You've asked for it (well, kinda!) You asked for a class in the morning and I thought some low impact interval training would be perfect! This class is for all levels, especially beginners. We are being kind to our knees and keeping everything low impact for this 45 min, kid-friendly workout. Think step ups on the gazebo steps, low impact butt kicks/high knees, etc. We will get our heart rate up using only our body weight and a mat. I hope to see you there!
